Eligibility
All active employees and their spouse, domestic partner and dependents are eligible.

The programs, offered through BenefitHub, are services that provide employees and eligible family members with local or country wide company discounts.

Accessing BenefitHub discounts
- Click this link: BenefitHub
- Select: “Profile icon” on the upper righthand corner.
- Select: “Sign in”.
- Create a user profile using your Reed or personal email address. Begin your search.
Local discounts
From time-to-time, retailers will provide Reed College staff and faculty exclusive access to employee company stores and other discounts.
Active Passes:
- Nike Company Store
- January 31 - March 1
- Please provide a government issued ID at check in
- If hired after January 21, 2026 also bring your Reed issued photo ID badge
- Review pass rules BEFORE you go to avoid check in challenges
- Enterprise and National car rental
- You will be redirected to the Reed Risk Management webpage for the discount code and activation process
The college pays the full cost to access discounts where applicable.
