All active employees and their spouse, domestic partner and dependents are eligible.

Accessing BenefitHub discounts
- Click this link: BenefitHub
- Select: “Profile icon” on the upper righthand corner.
- Select: “Sign in”.
- Create a user profile using your Reed or personal email address. Begin your search.
Local discounts
From time-to-time, retailers will provide Reed College staff and faculty exclusive access to employee company stores and other discounts.
Active Passes:
- Nike Employee Store
- Pass window August 15th - September 6th
- Please bring your government issued ID to access store
- If your hire date is after August 4, 2026, bring your Reed College photo ID to gain access
- Discount of 40% off retail for most merchandise
- One-time entry only during pass window
- Adidas Employee Store
- Pass window August 15th - September 15th
- Present code at check out (see flyer) - Reed or government Identification NOT required
- Discount of 50% off retail for most merchandise
- Unlimited visit and guests during pass window.
- Columbia Employee Store and Tent Sale
- Pass window August 21st - September 13th
- Present flyer at check in - Reed ID or government ID not required
- Discount of 50% - 70% off retail for most merchandise
- Unlimited visits and up to 4 guest per visit during pass window
- Enterprise and National car rental
