Tuition and Expenses 2018
Tuition for Tango for Musicians at Reed College includes access to all masterclasses and free tickets to all concerts and public events. Accommodation on campus and meals at our local and sustainability-focused restaurant may be included for an additional fee. Tuition does not include the cost of transportation to and from the Reed College campus. Private coaching with the artistic faculty will be available at an additional cost and at faculty discretion.

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact email@example.com. We will refund 100% of your tuition (excluding service fees) until March 31, and then 50% of your tuition until June 4. Tuition is not refundable after June 4, 2018.
Early bird registration, returning discount, commuter discount, and financial aid
An early bird discount will be offered for those participants who register before April 30, 2018.
Students who have already participated in previous editions of Tango for Musicians at Reed College will receive a $100 returning discount off the tuition fee at the time of registration.
Financial aid will be provided for a limited number of participants who must apply by February 15, 2018. More information on the financial aid application process can be found here.
ROOM AND BOARD
Accomodation and meals may be purchased for an additional fee.
The accommodation service offered by Tango for Musicians at Reed College includes seven nights in a residence hall, starting June 17, 2018 until June 24, 2018. Check-in will be on June 17, 2018 between 3-6 p.m., and check-out will be on June 24, 2018 by 11 a.m. Early arrival is available by special arrangement only. Participants may not stay on campus past June 24.
All participants will receive a private dorm room, and restroom and shower facilities are shared. Accommodations are separated by gender whenever possible. All residence halls have social rooms and full or partial kitchens. Wi-fi is available in all residence halls. Each residence hall is secured by swipe card access, and each room has key entry. Each room has a bed, desk and chair, dresser, closet or wardrobe, and telephone jacks.
All guests will receive a linen packet which includes pillow and pillow case, two sheets, blanket, top sheet, towel, two washcloths, soap, cup, and paper towels. Air conditioning is not available in all residence halls. Rentable small fans are subject to availability. Pets are not allowed.

Food service includes three daily meals at Reed College’s local and sustainability-focused restaurant, starting with dinner on June 17, 2018 and finishing with breakfast on June 24, 2018. Participants may also arrange meals on their own, including purchase directly from the campus restaurant. Information on the restaurant can be found here.
