Printer & Copier Support Requests
Most networked printers and copiers at Reed are covered by a contract with Xerox for supplies and maintenance. Covered devices will have a "CTX ID" sticker on the front. Please use the buttons below to request supplies or service from Xerox. You will need to enter the "CTX ID" number as the "Equipment ID" on their web forms.
Supplies from Xerox
- Toner
- Waste Cartridge units
- Fusers
- Drums
- Staples (available on some copiers)
Service from Xerox
- Severe paper jams
- Bad noises
- Error codes
- Other mechanical problems (paper feeding, streaking, etc.)
As of late 2025, Xerox is auto-shipping some supplies as they run low (this is estimated based on prior usage). These include toner, waste cartridge units, fusers, and drums. If you are in desparate need of toner or other supplies, the Computer Store in ETC 116 may have a spare on hand.
Need paper? Paper is available through Print Services in Eliot 132.
