Peer-Led Sessions

The Peer-Led Sessions are designed to give our community members the stage.
Share your projects, teaching approaches, or artistic insights, and lead a session that sparks creativity and dialogue.
What you can propose
- Talks or presentations on performance, education, or research
- Workshops or masterclasses on technique or interpretation
- Discussion forums exploring themes that matter to you
- Demonstrations or mini-concerts showing your creative process
Who can apply
- Current or former TFM participants
- Musicians actively involved in tango education or performance
- Individuals or ensembles (1–4 people)
Application Requirements
- Full name(s) and contact info
- Short bio (100–150 words)
- Session title
- Short proposal (max 200 words): what you want to share or achieve
- Activity type (class, talk, forum, performance, etc.)
- Outline of content and format
- Preferred session length (45 or 60 min)
Key Dates
- Application Deadline: March 31, 2026
- Notification of Selected Proposals: April 17, 2026
Submit Proposal (applications open January 12)
These opportunities aim to recognize and empower those who are helping tango music expand around the world.
Applicants may request an official invitation letter from Reed College to support local funding or sponsorship.
