Strength Training Beginning

Instructor: Ward Holverson

The focus of this class is to learn how to apply resistance training to work towards specific goals. Students will be expected to have a rudimentary understanding of how to use most of the equipment in the weight room. The goal of Advanced Resistance training is to instruct students in the concepts used to reach specific fitness goals.

Tuesday 4:40-6:30pm IN-PERSON
