Duo Universal Prompt
In late March 2024, IT will be rolling out changes to our web single sign-on service (the service used to authenticate to IRIS, Google, Moodle, and many other websites). The changes are largely behind the scenes, but the Duo prompt will look different for students, faculty, and staff. Note: alumni accounts do not use Duo.

Other Changes
- The Duo URL is changing from "reed.edu" to "duosecurity.com"
- Duo will default to the most secure method. For most users, this will be the Push notification
- Duo will automatically use your last authentication method. Click "Other Options" to use a different method
- The "remember me" option has changed to the following. Choose "Yes, this is my device" on personal devices for Duo to be remembered for 30 days. Do not use this on public devices.
- Click "Other Options" to add/remove devices
- U2F keys are no longer supported
