A formal complaint initiates the grievance procedure. To make a formal complaint when the respondent (accused) is a student, please review the Title IX page. The Title IX/504 Coordinator will determine if the report shall be dealt with as a Title IX policy violation or a Discriminatory Harassment and Sexual Misconduct policy violation. If it is a DHSM policy violation, the Judicial Board Code grievance procedure will be used.
