The Parker House is a beautiful home on campus that functions similarly to a traditional president’s house. It is used for invitation-only internal events and overnight guests visiting the college on official college business. Events include receptions for visiting lecturers, department retreats and meetings, and private dinners.
If you would like to use the Parker House as a member of the Reed College community for events or overnight guests, contact the Parker House manager, Colby Westhead, by email or at extension 6669. We encourage you to plan in advance as the calendar fills quickly.
Once an event is scheduled, the manager will schedule a meeting to discuss catering needs and explain guidelines for using the house. Please contact the manager if you would like to reserve one of the two guest rooms.
