Schedule
The following is a tentative schedule of events.
Friday, August 21
Students begin arriving in Portland and are met by Reed representatives (host families or orientation staff) as they arrive at the airport, train station, or bus terminal. Students check in at 5436 SE 28th Ave, the 28 West building (where they'll receive their student ID card and room keys) and then move into their dorm rooms.

11:30 a.m. The honor principle and academic honesty
12:30 p.m. Lunch
1:30 p.m. Library tour and presentation
3:00 p.m. Academic survival skills, DoJo resources, and conference classes
4:00 p.m. Writing at Reed/lab classes
5:00 p.m. Experiences beyond Reed/career services
6:30 p.m. Dinner event
Tuesday, August 25
9:00 a.m. Health and wellness in the US and at Reed
11:00 a.m. Presentations by campus offices
12:00 p.m. Lunch with upper division international students
1:00 p.m. Campus tour
3:00 p.m. American culture and Reed traditions
6:30 p.m. Dinner event with host families
Wednesday, August 26
9:00 a.m. Health center check-in
