Center for University Programs Abroad Paris (CUPA-ACCENT)

Paris, France

CUPA-ACCENT acts primarily as a liaison between students visiting Paris and the French educational system, facilitating registration and grade transfer with a wide range of universities.

LANGUAGE IMMERSION TRACK (CUPA-ACCENT)
Students are allowed to take courses at multiple French universities simultaneously, allowing for a diverse and demanding academic experience. CUPA is a primarily hands-off program, allowing students to determine how involved they wish to be in the group community, and how independent they will be during their stay in Paris. Courses are also offered at the CUPA offices in Montparnasse, as well as linguistic tutoring and academic support. Students visiting Paris through CUPA will undergo an intense 3 week orientation program prepping language skills, familiarizing students with the French pedagogical methodology, and providing guidelines for independent life in the city. ART AND DESIGN TRACK (PCA-ACCENT)
For the students of Paris College of Art (PCA), the city around them is their campus, library, research center, and laboratory. Every art and design discipline finds expression in the streets, shops, and cultural centers of Paris, and moving through the city each day is an opportunity to observe new trends and find inspiration. Paris College of Art is rooted in a city of primary art and design production. Experiencing the uniqueness of the Parisian metropolis provides a rich source of visual inspiration.
