The heart of Quinn's work can be best summarized by two beliefs: every student deserves to be seen, supported, & empowered and it takes a village to achieve that. Over the past eight years in education, Quinn has championed this by creating systems of care and advocating for equity at every level in collaboration with faculty, staff, and students. Above all, Quinn is dedicated to fostering a campus culture where belonging isn't just a goal—it is the foundation for every student's journey.
