Access Your Student Account
This online portal allows students and authorized users to make payments, set up payment plans, and manage student accounts.
Incoming Students
The student account center is inaccessible until new students claim their Reed computer account and receive a Reed email address. Instructions and a unique activation code are emailed to new students with the subject "Getting Started."
Following the creation of the Reed computer account, the student will need to:
- login into their IRIS account, Reed’s password-protected website for community members, at iris.reed.edu;
- click on the student account center link on the IRIS homepage;
- verify their personal information.
After the student takes the above steps to set up their account, they can establish authorized users who can access the student’s financial information.
Account Features
Reed College Student Account Center is an online portal for accessing real-time student account information 24/7. Students and authorized users can log in to the student account center to easily view your account, make payments, or set up a payment plan online.
In addition to viewing the student account activity and making online payments, features include:
- Real-time student account information, including payment and financial aid updates
- Ability to generate custom account statements by term or date range
- Student account integrated payment plan options
- Ability to set up multiple bank accounts for student account payments
- Ability to add multiple authorized users
- Integrated international payment option via Flywire
- Sign on with existing Reed login credentials

Manage Your Account
View and manage student accounts with easy to-navigate tabs:
- Account Summary – View the current balance due, make a one-time payment, or enroll in a payment plan. Use Quick Links to complete other frequent actions recommended by the business office.
- Account Activity – View and print account activity by term or date range.
- Payment Plans – View payment plan offerings. Activate and manage payment plans to pay the account balance in affordable monthly installments.
- Make Payment – Options include:
- ACH/direct debit – Securely add preferred bank account information for easy payment transactions (no additional fee).
- Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and ATM debit cards) – Securely add preferred cards for easy checkout each time a payment is made (fees vary, maximum fee 2.99%).
- International & wire payment – Bank wire, credit card, online/eWallet, plus other options may be available depending on the originating country.
