Enterprise Risk Management

Reed College’s ERM process is designed to raise awareness and encourage control of risk throughout every level of the organization—not only financial and insurable risks, but also risks that impact operations, strategy, and reputation.

Biennial Risk Assessment Process

  1. Review: documents sent for review late summer to early fall
  2. Discussion: meetings are scheduled if needed
  3. Complete form: risk assessment forms are due 6 weeks after review email is sent.  Forms should be filled out & returned to ERM@reed.edu.

Training & Tools

If you are new to ERM or want a refresher on what it is and how it works, download ERM Basics. In addition to this resource, we are available to conduct individual and group training sessions. To organize training or to ask any questions, please email ERM@reed.edu.
