lvr2plots

The lvr2plots command is short for "leverage-versus-squared-residual plot". This is a useful tool for figuring out how a given point influence the data. The most problematic points have a high leverage and a high residual (the upper right of the plot). If you are worried that points in your data set might be having undue influence on your data due to these factors, you can learn more about them. Click here to see a demonstration of leverage at work and here to download a pdf from the U Penn 471: Inference Statistics class which begins with an explanation of leverage. Wikipedia offers a pretty good introduction to residuals and how they relate to regression here.

The syntax for the lvr2plot command is simply lvr2plot though there are some options as well.
