PAM paid summer internship for undergrad student of color
I’m excited to announce a paid summer internship for an undergraduate student and person of color. The Portland Art Museum received funding through an initiative to support intern positions for BIPOC individuals. The initiative’s intention is to work towards greater representation in the museum field by creating paid early career opportunities.
The paid intern will work full time, 35 hours/week, $15/hour, from June to August in the curatorial department. I’ve attached the job description and a link to the position on our hiring website is here.
I would be grateful for your help in sharing this with undergraduate students in your classes and your networks in Portland and the region. The deadline for applications is April 2 at 4:00 p.m.
