Stata 
The psychology department has put together a guide for using Stata.
The makers of Stata have a series of tutorials available that cover the basics.
They also regularly put out free webinars on introductory Stata usage. These take place on a certain time/day and you will need to register, but there is no cost and they are available frequently.
