Community Safety Officers (CSOs) are on duty 24/7 to patrol campus, respond to emergencies, and provide community services.

Our staff helps to ensure the safest possible campus. Our trained team

  • provides emergency medical assistance, and calls for police, fire, and/or medical responders when necessary;
  • receives reports of sexual assault and/or refers reports to both internal and external resources;
  • provides campus safety escorts, door unlocks, motor assists, and other community services;
  • staffs the college's switchboard and triages requests for most services after hours.

If you are the victim of a crime on campus, please call community safety at the main college switchboard by dialing "0" from a campus phone, or 503-788-6666 to reach the switchboard emergency line. You may also dial 911.
