Official Transcripts
We cannot fill official transcript requests for currently-enrolled students while spring 2026 grades are being processed (Friday, May 15 - Wednesday, May 27.) Grades for the spring 2026 semester will only appear on official transcripts produced on and after Wednesday, May 27. Likewise, for students graduating in spring 2026, conferred degrees will appear on official transcripts produced on and after Wednesday, May 27. It is still possible to order transcripts with fall grades via our Parchment online ordering service prior to the May 27 release date. Be sure to select the “Hold for Grades” or “Hold for Degree” options in the “Send Now” drop-down menu when ordering transcripts through Parchment.

2026 - 2027 Advising & Registration
The new Schedule of Classes and new SOLAR PINs are now available. SOLAR is open until August 27, 5:00pm
Waitlists
When a course has reached capacity, students may add themselves to a waitlist. If a space becomes available, the first student on the list is notified at their Reed email and given 48 hours to add the course via SOLAR.
Overloads
An overload is any semester schedule over 4.5 units. For overloads of 5 units, students need approval from their academic adviser on an add-drop form if they meet the criteria. Overloads for fall 2026 will be considered after spring 2026 grades have been posted.
