Banner Maintenance Complete

The updates to Banner have been applied and all related services are again available for use. If you run into any problems, please email admin-computing@reed.edu.

Banner Planned Outage Until 12pm

The Banner ERP system is offline for maintenance. Service is expected to be restored by 12pm.

The following services are unavailable while maintenance is in progress:

- IRIS and SOLAR
- Campus directories
- ATLAS (Degree progress evaluation)
- Banner Admin pages
- Banner Self-Service web sites (Employee Self-Service which provides access to employee time sheets, Student Self Service, Advancement Self-Service)
- Document Management and Forms (Etrieve)
- Oracle databases (including Reed websites accessing Banner/Oracle data)
- Argos reports accessing Banner data

Planned Outages

Planned Banner Outage Saturday, 3/7/26

Starting Saturday, March 7, from 8:00 am to approximately 12:00 pm, we will be upgrading Banner, and the following applications will be down while the work is done:
