System Status
Banner Planned Outage Until 10am
The Banner ERP system is offline for maintenance. Service is expected to be restored by 10am.
The following services are unavailable while maintenance is in progress:
- IRIS and SOLAR
- ATLAS (Degree progress evaluation)
- Banner Admin pages
- Banner Self-Service web sites (Employee Self-Service which provides access to employee time sheets, Student Self Service, Advancement Self-Service)
- Document Management and Forms (Etrieve)
- Oracle databases (including Reed websites accessing Banner/Oracle data)
- Argos reports accessing Banner data

Planned Banner Outage Saturday, 12/13/25
Starting Saturday, December 13, from 8:00 am to approximately 10:00 am, we will be upgrading Banner, and the following applications will be down while the work is done:
- IRIS and SOLAR
- Campus directories
- ATLAS (Degree progress evaluation)
- Banner Admin pages
- Banner Self-Service web sites (Employee Self-Service which provides access to employee time sheets, Student Self Service)
- Document Management and Forms (Etrieve)
- Oracle databases (including Reed websites accessing Banner/Oracle data)
- Argos reports accessing Banner data
