Planned Outages

Argos Migration and Outage

We will be migrating the MAPS Server which houses Argos, FormFusion, and IntelleCheck from 5pm until 7pm on the night of Monday, March 4th to a new server.
During this time, these services will be unavailable. Any scheduled reports during this time will be delayed.When services are back on-line, the URL to reach these services will be different. You will be able to go to in order to find them and update any bookmarks you may have. We also plan to redirect anyone going to the old URL to the new URL, but that may not be in place until sometime on that Tuesday morning.

Banner ERP maintenance this Friday, 3/1/24

The Banner ERP system will be taken offline for time-critical maintenance starting at 10 pm this Friday 3/1/24. Service is expected to be restored by 2 am, Saturday, 3/2/24.

The following services will be unavailable while maintenance is in progress:

  • IRIS and SOLAR

  • ATLAS (Degree progress evaluation)

  • Banner Admin pages

  • Banner Self-Service web sites (Employee Self-Service which provides access to employee time sheets, Financial Aid Self Service, Advancement Self-Service)

  • College Relations Datamart

  • Document Management and Forms (Etrieve)

  • Oracle databases (including Reed websites accessing Banner/Oracle data)

  • Argos reports accessing Banner data
