Banner and all related services are again available for use. If you run into any problems, please email admin-computing@reed.edu.

Banner Planned Outage Until Noon
The Banner ERP system is off-line for maintenance. Service is expected to be restored by noon today.
The following services are also unavailable while maintenance is in progress:
- IRIS and SOLAR
- ATLAS (Degree progress evaluation)
- Banner Admin pages
- Banner Self-Service web sites (Employee Self-Service which provides access to employee time sheets, Student Self Service, Advancement Self-Service)
- Document Management and Forms (Etrieve)
- Oracle databases (including Reed websites accessing Banner/Oracle data)
- Argos reports accessing Banner data

Planned Outages
Network Maintenance - 9/12 7 PM to 8 PM
On Thursday, September 12th, 2024, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM we will be performing maintenance on our network authentication server. During the maintenance window you may see delayed response to sign-in to the wireless and wired networks on campus. If you do see errors, please wait a few minutes before trying to connect again.
