COVID-19 Prevention & Response Plan

Communications

September 22, 2020

Dear staff,

I write to share that all of the COVID-19 saliva surveillance tests conducted on Monday, September 21 came back negative. We had one test that needs to be recollected. That person will be notified on Wednesday morning that they need to be retested. Note, do not be alarmed. Sometimes retests are necessary because the specimen quality or quantity collected is insufficient.

We normally are not sending out a message like this confirming we have received all test results, but since this week we are asking some community members to quarantine until test results come in, we will be sending out these notifications.

If you have any questions, let me know.

All my best,
Mandy Heaton
