Dear select staff,

You are receiving this message because we have identified you as a staff member who is accessing campus this fall. You have been selected for COVID-19 surveillance testing for the weeks of September 21 and September 28. 

TO DO: 

1) SIGN UP: Select one time to be tested during the week of September 21 and another time to be tested during the week of September 28.

2) QUARANTINE IF NECESSARY: If you were planning to access campus in the next two weeks and have experienced potential exposure by leaving your home residence due to the air quality or the wildfires, you must be tested for COVID-19 next week and quarantine until the college has confirmation that you have tested negative. You will be personally notified within 48 hours of your test if you tested positive. If you do not receive a personal notification from the college within 48 hours of your test, you are cleared to access campus.
