November 3, 2020
Dear Reed faculty and select staff,
As we approach the end of in-person classes for the fall semester, we are working to identify members of the Reed community who plan to engage with in-person groups on campus before the start of the spring term. Although faculty and staff members will not be interacting with students through in-person classroom instruction, we recognize that other important situations may arise that would require groups to meet in person on campus, and we want to ensure that the appropriate individuals are included in Reed’s COVID-19 surveillance testing program.
If you are a faculty or staff member who may engage with in-person groups on campus between November 22 and January 25, please complete and submit this short form by November 19, 2020. If you are added to the surveillance testing pool for this period, you will have the ability to opt out of testing during weeks in which you will not be on campus participating in applicable activities.
If you have any questions about this process, please contact the COVID-19 Risk Assessment Group at coronavirusquestions@reed.edu.
Sincerely,
Madison Riethman, MPH, CPH
