Good morning. All students must take a Reed-provided COVID-19 test before they are permitted to move into or return to their on-campus housing. Testing will occur on January 14, 15, 20, and 21 between 8 a.m.–3 p.m. Students should plan their return to campus around their testing time. Until on campus residents have completed a COVID-19 test, residents will not have card swipe access to their residence hall or house, and apartment residents will not be approved to pick up their key.
Sign-up for a testing time here. All students, even those approved to stay for winter break, must sign-up for a testing time—this allows Reed to organize staffing and to plan for a physically-distant testing environment.
This form is currently open only to students living on campus. It will open to off-campus students, faculty, and staff on December 1. You may edit the form until January 10.
More information regarding spring move-in can be found here.
Please let us know if you have any questions. If your plans have changed and you no longer wish to live on campus next semester, please email res.life@reed.edu ASAP so we can assist you with your Housing Contract Petition and make your space available to another student.
Best,
ResLife
