Dear community members,
In order to support the current need for social-distancing, we are making the following modifications to our procedures:
General Facilities Requests
For general facilities issues or requests, we ask that you call our front desk (503.777.7283) before dropping in so that, together, we can determine the best way to responsibility meet your needs. Our online request form is also an excellent resource for work requests: https://www.reed.edu/facilities_services/request/ maintenance.php
Key Return
You are encouraged to take advantage of the no-contact key drop slot found in the front door located at the top of the stairs in the Physical Plant building.
- Simply push keys through the existing slot to the right of the entry (there is a sign pointing it out) and we will take it from there.
Please note:
- Keys do not need to be labeled, as they are already identified in our system.
- If you need special assistance or have specific questions or concerns we are happy to accommodate, just call ahead (503.777.7283) and we will adjust as needed.
