To: Returning students who are granted housing for 2020/21
Thank you for your patience while waiting for information regarding housing assignments and move-in for Fall 2020. We’re happy to inform you that we have assigned you a room for the 2020-21 academic year. Please login to the Housing Portal to see your housing assignment, select a board plan, and sign a housing contract and COVID addendum. This must be completed by Thursday, July 23 at 9am. If students do not sign their housing contract by the deadline Res Life will offer their room to a student on the waitlist. If you no longer wish to live on campus and would like to decline your housing offer, please email Residence Life to inform us ASAP so we can make your room available to another student. If you sign your contract and change your mind, you have until August 1 to email Res Life to cancel your contract.
Please note that due to the number of students still waiting to receive housing, the limited beds available, and the short timeframe, we will only consider changing assignments due to extreme circumstances. Move-in will look different this year as the college adjusts to follow public health guidelines and create an arrival process that is efficient, physically distanced, and manageable for staff and students. On-campus move-in will happen by appointment only. Returning student move-in will happen between Monday, August 24 through Thursday, August 27, 9am-4pm daily. Please sign up for one (1) 20-minute time slot below. When you sign up it will ask you for a comment and a quantity. Please leave the comments section blank. For quantity, please select 1.
If you are a current summer resident, House Advisor, Peer Mentor, Interconnect Mentor, or SEEDS leader, you will receive another email with a different move-in link.
