COVID-19 Prevention & Response Plan

Communications

January 10, 2022

Dear students, faculty, and staff,

Thank you for your flexibility as we transition to a new COVID-19 surveillance testing system for the Spring 2022 semester! We have now completed the rollout of this new online system, which will be a part of the surveillance testing process starting tomorrow, January 11, 2022.

This semester, Reed College is partnering with ShareMy.Health, a secure web program that allows users to complete COVID-19 saliva tests and view their results online. Later today, you will receive a message from ShareMy.Health with instructions on how to activate your account. Please follow these instructions before you attend surveillance testing next; all surveillance testing participants must be able to log into their ShareMy.Health account to activate their test kits.

We have updated our surveillance testing instructions and have provided step-by-step guidance at the surveillance testing center in Greenwood. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to us at coronavirusquestions@reed.edu.

All the best,

Madison Riethman, MPH, CPH
