December 10, 2021
Dear students, faculty, and staff,
COVID-19 surveillance testing will take place next week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, December 13, 14, and 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m in Greenwood.
Individuals who have not yet submitted records of full vaccination against COVID-19 are required to be tested once each week you will be on campus. Fully vaccinated individuals are welcome (but not required) to participate in surveillance testing.
The provided saliva tests are RT-PCR molecular tests, which meets most travel testing requirements. Results are usually back within 24 to 36 hours, and participants can view and print their results by accessing the lab’s portal.
Important: Testing now operates as a full self-service model; the testing site in Greenwood will not be staffed consistently throughout the day. Please review this document for instructions on how to complete the testing process. These and further instructions are also provided at the testing center.
To participate in surveillance testing, you must be able to log into your Predictive Labs account. All Reed community members have already had an account created for them. If you have never logged in or do not remember your password, visit client.predictivelabs.com, click “Forgot Password”, and enter your Reed email address. Follow the instructions sent via email to set your password and gain access to your account, and bring your password with you to the testing center.
Individuals may drop in to the testing location to complete their required COVID-19 surveillance test during the available times; no appointment is necessary. Please refrain from eating, drinking (including water), smoking, or brushing your teeth for 30 minutes prior to completing your test.
If you will not be accessing campus this week, you do not need to complete a test and can disregard this email.

Sincerely,
