COVID-19 Prevention & Response Plan

This email pertains to students who currently have their belongings from the Spring 2020 term stored with Reed. We are permitting students to schedule an appointment to get items that are necessary to retrieve before classes begin from campus storage between Tuesday, August 25-Friday, August 28. There are 15 min time slots available from 9am-12pm and 2pm-5pm. Students need to reserve a time at least 48 hours in advance of when they would like to come to campus. The appointment is only 15 minutes, so please plan carefully and be timely. Please note that we do not have handcarts to rent out, so you will need to make other arrangements if one is needed for your boxes.

Due to COVID-19, we are limiting the number of people permitted to return to campus at one time; your appointment time slot will be confirmed via email by Residence Life. Appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis and everyone is expected to adhere to the COVID-19 guidelines as outlined by Multnomah County Health Department, and the Oregon Health Authority.

There will be more opportunities in September for students to schedule storage retrieval appointments. More information about the fall storage process will be available on September 1. This will include information on how to schedule appointments for the fall semester, ship items, and information about long-term storage. If you have any questions please contact Residence Life.
