Dear Reed students,

If you will live off campus during the 2020–21 academic year, you must complete one of the following two forms.

(You can disregard this message if you are a student who will live on campus during the 2020–21 academic year because you completed the COVID-19 acknowledgement form in an addendum to your housing contract.)

Off-Campus Students Who Will Access Campus

If you will live off campus and WILL access the Reed campus, you must complete the COVID-19 Acknowledgement Form by August 26. You can sign the document electronically (link below) or sign in person when you go to campus for your COVID-19 test.

Off-Campus Students Who Will Not Access Campus

If you will live off campus and will NOT access the Reed campus, you must complete the No Access to Reed Campus Form by August 26.

All students who plan to access the Reed campus at any time during the 2020–21 academic year are required to sign the COVID-19 Acknowledgement Form, which outlines individual responsibilities related to protecting the health and safety of the college community.
