Dear faculty and staff,

I write to you today to share with you that every student who will access campus in person this fall is required to sign a COVID-19 Acknowledgement Form. Attached is the form that off-campus students are signing (due August 26). Students who live on campus have already signed a similar form in an addendum to their housing contract.

We share this form with you so you know the college's expectations of students in regard to protecting themselves and our community members from the spread of the coronavirus.
