Dear Parent:

I write to you from Reed College to let you know that your student has received multiple reminders to upload a complete copy of their COVID-19 vaccination record or valid exception. They were required to do so by August 1 in order to participate in Reed’s 2021–22 academic program. According to our records they have not fulfilled the requirement, and we would appreciate your assistance. 

Please draw your student’s immediate attention to the need to upload a complete copy of their COVID-19 vaccination record or valid exception today.  

We are committed to keeping the Reed campus community safe, doing what we can to maintain our very low rate of COVID-19 cases as we offer in-person classes for fall semester. We were impressed—albeit not surprised—by our students’ dedication to our community last academic year and are confident we will continue to witness that commitment as we start fall semester.
