As a reminder, all students, faculty, and staff who plan to participate in the in-person commencement ceremony on May 17 are expected to test twice the week of May 3 as well as twice the week of May 10. If you plan to participate in the commencement ceremony, please sign up for two (2) COVID-19 tests using the link above. Tests should be scheduled no fewer than 48 hours apart (one on Monday or Tuesday and one on Thursday or Friday). If you have questions about this testing process or how it applies to you, please send an email to coronavirusquestions@reed.edu.

Testing takes place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the student union. At your selected testing time, please enter the student union on the west side of the building, through the northwest entrance doors off the Gray Campus Center patio. You will exit the student union through the east doors to ensure a one-way flow of traffic.

Testing appointments will not carry over from week to week; instead, a new sign-up sheet will be shared by email no later than the Friday before the week in question.

Surveillance testing results are usually back within 36–48 hours. Participants can view and print their results by accessing the lab’s portal.

For more details about Reed’s surveillance testing plan, please visit our COVID-19 testing web page. If you have any questions about this process, please contact the COVID-19 Risk Assessment Group at coronavirusquestions@reed.edu.

Sincerely,
