Printing to an HP printer from a Mac may not work for some users (due to a change by Apple). CIS staff are investigating. Printing to a copier is a temporary workaround. If you need to install a copier, run the Self Service application. Contact cus@reed.edu if you have questions.

Planned Outages

Banner maintenance planned for 10:00 p.m. Friday Oct 23

Banner will be taken offline at 10:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct 23 for maintenance. Service is expected to be restored by 2:00 a.m. on Saturday, Oct 24.

The following services may be unavailable while maintenance is in progress:

* Banner

* Banner-related products (Self-Service web sites, College Relations Datamarts)

* Document Management (eTrieve)

* Oracle databases (including support for Reed web sites accessing Banner/Oracle data)

* ID card printing and replacement

If your office has planned activities that may be interrupted by this maintenance work, please contact Jonathan Byrd (ext. 5517, byrdj@reed.edu) as soon as possible.
