Just starting to explore Reed? Join Milyon Trulove, Vice President and Dean of Admission and Financial Aid, for a 20-minute session that will break down everything that makes our community distinctive.

Understanding Financial Aid
Sandy Sundstrom, Director of Financial Aid, will demystify financial aid, explain how it works, and show you how to apply. This overview, featuring Reed-specific examples, will be a handy guide for understanding the financial aid process.

Writing Your Personal Statement
The personal statement is your conversation with the admission committee and a chance to tell your story. In this interactive session, we’ll explain the dos and don’ts of the essay and share examples from successful applications to Reed.

The college application process has a lot of moving parts, especially when it comes to the different rounds and required materials. This session is designed to walk you through the basics and make it clear what to complete and when.

Acing the Interview
Take a deep dive into the college interview and discover how this face-to-face meeting fits into the larger application process. Please note: This session is intended for students currently attending school in the US.
