SEEDS (Students for Education, Empowerment, and Direct Service) connects students to our wider community in an effort to complement Reed's academic program, inform students’ personal and career development, and to create and sustain a positive impact within the communities served.
Four student interns at three sites host weekly service programs: tutoring on Reed's campus, in-class and afterschool program support at Lane Middle School, and SEEDS Cycling to Service Reed P.E. class. Express interest here: tinyurl.com/SEEDSweekly
One student intern coordinates the off-campus Federal Work Study (FWS) program. Does your financial aid package include FWS? If so, complete six steps in order to earn $11.28/hr at FWS-eligible weekly service sites via our Off-campus FWS Program!
