Application information if you are applying from away or abroad

Please review all the information found on the New HA Application page or the Returning HA Application page compiling and submitting all necessary documents by the deadline of Tuesdays, February 5th at noon (PST).

 

As an applicant abroad you must email your completed application to res.life@reed.edu. Should you proceed to the first round interview process, Residence Life staff will be reaching out to you via your provided contact information to schedule a Skype(preferred) or phone interview.  Should you advance past the individual interview stage, you will be invited to complete a second Skype or phone interview to substitute for your participation in the group interview process.

Please ensure that your letters of recommendation are completed and received by the Residence Life Office no later than noon on Tuesday, Februrary 5th.  Recommendations for HA candidates who are not currently in Portland may be submitted electrionically directly from the recommender to res.life@reed.edu.  Late submissions will not be considered.

Tuesday, February 5 @ Noon PST: Application Due

February 18 - March 1: First round Skype interviews

March 4 - March 15: Second round Skype interviews

Spring Break: HA acceptance letters sent out
