Most services are back up and running after a brief outage this morning. We are still working on our Citrix servers. We hope to have them in place soon. Please contact the Help Desk with questions or concerns (cus@reed.edu or 503-777-7525).

Planned Outages

Oracle Maintenance Outage

There is planned Oracle database maintenance this coming Friday (7/1) from 10PM-11PM which will affect the Reed online directories and potentially other web applications.  If you have questions or concerns, please contact cdeiss@reed.edu .

Server infrastructure maintenance: June 27-28

Beginning on Monday, June 27th at 8am, CIS will be performing critical maintenance to the battery backup system that supports Reed’s servers and network resources. Work is expected to be complete by 5pm on Tuesday, June 28th. CIS staff are working to prevent outages or network disruptions during the maintenance period. If unanticipated issues arise that affect service, updates will be posted here. Please contact the Help Desk with questions or concerns (cus@reed.edu or 503-777-7525).
