COVID-19 Protocol

Submit your vaccination records: Students are required to upload a copy of their MMR (measles/mumps/rubella) and COVID-19 immunizations via the Student Health and Counseling Services Portal. Instructions for uploading immunizations to your Student Health Portal can be found on this page. Early submissions are strongly encouraged to help streamline the arrival process.

Students who have not met the college’s COVID-19 vaccination requirements by their arrival date will not be permitted to move into their residence hall.

Note: All participants and on-campus visitors (including children) must be prepared to provide proof of vaccination (or a negative result from a COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours) to accompany their student to move-in and attend Parent and Family Orientation. Students and visitors will be required to follow the regulations set in Reed College’s COVID-19 Response and Action Plan

Most required Orientation sessions, as well as select optional sessions, will require masks for attendees. This will be indicated in the event description on the Orientation events page. Please make sure to bring your face covering.
