2009 Strategic Planning Process
Timeline
February - June 2009: Interviews will be conducted with faculty, staff, students and alumni
June - August 2009: Analysis and development of a long list of possible strategic goals will be completed
Fall 2009: Strategic goals will be vetted with community and policy groups
February 2010: Launch pursuit of strategic initiatives
December 2014: Complete five-year strategic plan
