• [12/7] The third policy essay and the paper to be read for the final exam are now on the site. Please submit the policy essay electronically as an email attachment prior to the final. Study the paper and be prepared to answer a question on it during the final. A copy will be provided at the exam.
• [11/12] The second policy essay topic is now posted. Your essays are due (electronically or on paper) by classtime on Monday, November 22.
• [10/28] The mid-term exam questions are now posted. Your answers are due (either electronically or on paper) by the beginning of class on Friday, November 5.
