Conference Hotel and Travel
A block of rooms will be reserved at the Mark Spencer hotel for $179 (plus tax). Shuttle service will be provided between the Mark Spencer and the Reed College campus.
All conference sessions will be held on the Reed Campus in the Performing Arts Building, adjacent to the West Parking lot. Parking on campus is free.
Travel Scholarships
You may request travel scholarships when you register. The deadline for scholarship applications is Tuesday, January 16, 2018.
How can the scholarships be used?
The scholarship covers two nights in the conference hotel or up to $200 travel reimbursement per person.
Conference registration is free for all participants and includes attendance, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks, and shuttles between the Mark Spencer Hotel and Reed College.
Who is eligible?
This funding opportunity is available to individuals and to groups planning on attending the conference.
Who is not eligible?
Portland Metro area participants
Preference will be given to:
- Participants who are presenting at the conference
- Participants who are attending as part of a team
- Participants who do not have institutional travel funds available for this conference
