SENIOR SURVEY RESULTS

Based on a national survey of graduating seniors at 18 private, liberal arts colleges and universities, and over 7,300 responses, 2010 Reed College graduates were:

33% more likely to be planning to pursue a medical degree

Almost twice as likely to say they will pursue a doctoral degree

In comparison to graduating seniors at the other schools, Reed seniors were more satisfied with:

their access to faculty outside of class
campus safety
the financial aid office
computer services, facilities, and support
library services, facilities, and support
classroom/laboratory facilities

PLANS AFTER GRADUATION

69% will work
10% will attend graduate school immediately (65% eventually)
6% will travel
15% other activity/undecided
