What I Do:
- Provide system administration and technical support for ACS network services, including file, database, and web servers.
- Provide software support and troubleshooting for administrative users.
- Provide system administration, technical, and user support for the delivery of One-Card services.
- Serve as the primary contact for One-Card related requests, as well as the principal liaison between Reed and One-Card software and hardware vendors.
- Collaborate with BlackBoard, the various campus offices (Student Services, Business Office, Food Service, etc.) and other third party vendors as necessary to expand Reed’s usage of the One-Card system into other areas.
