What I Do:
- Administer the Banner system and the underlying Oracle database
- Maintain the administrative host and other major systems
- Provide technical guidance for ACS programmer analysts
- Primary contact for the Public Affairs Offices on Banner and related problems and requests
- Develop reports and processes for administrative users
- Assist ACS Director with strategic technology planning
