Imogen Hinchliff ’26 won the top prize for her economics research in Colorado this past summer.

This past summer, Imogen Hinchliff ’26 won first prize for presenting her senior thesis research at the Undergraduate Research Competition organized by the Western Economic Association International conference in Denver, Colorado.
Supervised by Professor Felipe Carrera [economics], Imogen presented her research, "Vertical Disintegration and Product Characteristics: Evidence from United States vs. Paramount Pictures, Inc," and received the top prize of $1,000.
“This is a very competitive award, and the economics department is very proud of her!” says Professor Lindsey Novak [economics].
