Welcome! The Department of Linguistics at Reed College is pleased to host the third annual Cascadia Workshop in Sociolinguistics (CWSL), which will take place April 13-14, 2018 at Reed College in Portland, OR. This student-centered event has the primary aim of bringing together researchers working on sociolinguistic topics of interest to the Pacific Northwest, and building community among sociolinguists at institutions within the region.
