Public affairs produces many campus publications, including Reed Magazine, newsletters, and print materials.

Reed Magazine

Reed Magazine chronicles the people, ideas, discoveries, and inquiries that constitute Reed College. It covers new developments in science, technology, art, history, the humanities, and education. It also features essays and letters about alumni, faculty, and students.

The magazine is published four times a year and has a circulation of approximately 20,000. To subscribe, send an email to reed.magazine@reed.edu. To share a story idea, submit a story submission form.

Campus news

Campus Newsletters and Announcements are Reed’s weekly internal electronic news bulletins for staff, faculty, and students. ReediEnews is a monthly email newsletter for the Reed alumni and parent community. All community members are invited to submit announcements or story ideas. 

Print materials

In partnership with campus offices and departments, public affairs produces dozens of unique print materials—from brochures and booklets to large-scale projects like the admission viewbook. Visit Creative Projects to learn more and initiate a project.
