Our design team can help create print and digital pieces that align with the Reed brand. Please note that we primarily assist with projects intended for external audiences.
To start a project with public affairs, submit a request form below. You can also access our self-service materials to create posters and presentations for internal-only audiences.

The public affairs office maintains a list of approved videographers. We can help you hire someone for your project and will discuss overall branding and messaging goals with you.
Advancement-Only Intake Form

Need a poster for an on-campus event, a Reed logo, or an official PowerPoint template? Browse and download the assets on our self-service page.
These timelines are estimates only. The public affairs office will work with you to set an appropriate timeline based on the nature of your request and our current workloads.
Most print and digital timelines are based on providing two rounds of drafts and feedback. Additional rounds may add more time to your project.
