Degree progress evaluation

The degree progress evaluation, distributed each fall, outlines a student’s progress towards the completion of general college requirements. It does not summarize major or divisional requirements. Beside each group requirement are listed those courses (if any) a student has taken to fulfill that requirement. It specifies the quantity of credit accumulated, what is in progress, and the amount needed to graduate. Transfer credit is listed, including AP and IB credit. The evaluation indicates whether or not a major has been declared, whether or not the junior qualifying exam has been passed, and the respective dates. Also indicated are the quarters of physical education completed. Students should bring the degree progress evaluation to their advising appointments.
